When signing our contract:

I agree to pay remaining amount in full upon completion and it is understood and agreed that the use of strobe lights is prohibited. In the event strobe lights are utilized, KC Films has the right to terminate services and your deposit will be forfeited. 

 

If the time required to film exceeds the time agreed upon you will be charged $25 per hour. You understand that additional filming time will increase the necessary time required to edit the video, and you agree to pay $25 for each hour of additional editing time.
